To Whom It May Concern,

I have had the privilege of working alongside and training Victoria Staker for a few years now.
When she first came in to apply at Alexandros Restaurant, she was dressed nicely and looked
eager to start a new experience. I decided to interview her immediately and on the spot. We
decided to take a chance on her, although with no working experience in the industry. She
quickly became one of our best bussers, which included various and some strenuous tasks
throughout the night. She holds a certain type of determination that made it easy for her to
climb through the restaurant ranks. In a short period of time we decided to promote her to a
Hostess. Our hostesses are the employees counting and distributing money throughout the night
so there is a certain kind of trust we must have for the individual to allow them to perform this
task. After unsurprisingly succeeding she moved up to Expediter, which is one of the most
stressful positions at our restaurant, being the liaison between back of house and front. She
handles every situation like a pro, and is always willing, accepting, and eager to learn something
new. She is someone who takes direction expertly well, and has become one of our top
employees.

Selfishly, we hope that Victoria always has time in her schedule for us. She is an amazing young
lady and with our whole hearts we wish her nothing but happiness. We sincerely know she will
succeed in anything she puts her mind to in this life. It is with great honor we truly recommend
her for anything she has determination to succeed at.
