TIME MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION

” One of the key benefits of studying ABM is that it offers students the opportunity to undertake work
placements and professional projects. Being an ABM student, you need to learn on how to manage your
time, to have a long patience and to concentrate and focus on your studies.”

As an ABM student we should have apply or make an organization which can help the other students on
having a time management for them to focus on their studies and analyze things properly as they can
answer briefly in any question or situation.

St. John the Baptist Parochial School have an extra 1-hour time for grade school and junior high school
student which is the time where they can answer activities and do projects on that time.

For this organization we will get the 1 extra hour to present and explain what will happen or what to do
in this organization on the grade school and junior high school student. The agenda for this organization
will explain and determine what is in the plan how can we help them.

What:

This will be the organization to ensure the time management of every student in the St. John the Baptist
Parochial School, and for them to focus and concentrate on their studies as well as in their projects and
activities.

When:

It is held on every SSP time.

Who:

The grade school and the junior high school will be the participant on this organization. And the ABM
student will be the instructor and the one who will help them organize and manage the time of every
student.

Where:

At the St. John the Baptist Parochial School Classrooms

How:

The ABM students will be divided into the grade levels as they will help them to manage their time by
teaching them and help them to understand every lesson that they have on that day, this organization
will help them to understand what they don’t know by asking ABM students and let them teach the
students in the easiest way.
