1. Teachers' Schedule and Learners Schedule

- 2 subjects per day schedule
- teachers are expected to prepare a HOME WEEKLY LEARNING PLAN
- subject teachers will send a digitized copy of their WHLP to the class advisers.
- class advisers will consolidate, print and reproduce the WHLP.
- through the Weekly Home Learning Plan and the 2 subjects per day schedule, teachers and
learners will be able to focus on their learning tasks.
- fridays will be alloted to for homeroom and teacher's consultation and giving feedbacks.

2. Schedule and Retrieval of LAS

- Grade 7 and 9 - FRIDAY
- Grade 8 and 10 - Monday
- friday is alloted for review and submissions of output.

3. Room Assignment and Modular Learning Hub

- Ma'am Mendoza reminded to patch up our assigned classroom just like the previous school
years in preparation for the classes once it's possible.

- we cannot relay so much on utility personnel

- Ma'am Mendoza requested to polish the floors with wax, fix the cleaning materials cabinet,
change the curtains and wipe the jalousies.
- teachers should be prepared for the Monitoring of Education Program Supervisors
especially on the first week of classes.
- advisers can post their class program and teacher's schedule in their classroom

Modular Learning Hub

- this will be our workspace and storage area.
- Ma'am Mendoza challenge us to beautfy our hub.

4. Reporting of Teachers
- starting Oct. 5 teachers will report twice a week.
Grade 7 and Grade 9 - Tuesday and Friday
Grade 8 and grade 10 - Monday and Thursday
- Schools division Office has not released an order or memo regarding teachers uniform, but
Ma'am Mendoza advised to refrain from wearing denim jeans, instead wear slacks.
- teachers will report from 8am to 2pm

SKELETAL WORKFORCE every WEDNESDAY

- OCTOBER 28, 2020 ( MAPEH AND ESP)

- NOVEMBER 11, 2020 ( MAPEH AND ENGLISH)
- teachers will be considered absent if he/she will not report
- teachers will report from 8am to 2pm.

5. Flag Raising Activity for the Opening of Classes

- all teacher will attend the Flag Raising Activity on Monday October 5, 2020
-we will observe one meter distancing rule
ATTIRE - monday uniform for old teachers , old teachers uniform for the new teachers but if
unavailable, they can wear pink blouse.
TIME - 7am
TEACHERS REPORTING HOURS - 7am to 1pm

- students with back subjects- waiting for the response from DO

office

2. Physical distancing should be observed
3. Stakeholders are encouraged to donate in-kind.
