10 KW OFF- GRID SYSTEM COMPLETE SOLUTION

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered as per email.

The MOU is made to facilitate complete solution for 10 KW off- Grid system with 3 Hours back-
up by Bharat Solar Energy & The Buyer intend to obtain our turnkey solution under mentioned
budgetary proposal.

Battery -150 AH *10 pieces (24 volt)

Inverter-10 KVA, 120 volt (MPPT)

Array junction box-2 pieces (with 4 input)

MC4 connector-35 piece

Cable, Mounting Structure & Foundation, array junction box, Wiring, Nuts-Bolts cost, installation
cost, Transportation cost including in estimated price @95,000/= per Kw.

If any dispute arises in the future, will be settled under Jurisdiction of Kolkata Court.
