To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the pleasure of hosting Sarah Greer as a student teacher in my classroom for
the 2020-2021 school year. Sarah is a mature and creative person who is driven to make
a difference. This is evident in her work in our classroom and in the relationships that
she has developed with students.

Her success can be attributed to her superb Spanish fluency, extensive travel experiences,
a willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal skills. Her technological
skills and her flexible attitude allow her to take the initiative in solving problems and
making improvements. Her lessons are creative, meaningful, organized and cause
students to acquire Spanish with minimal stress even though we have been vacillating
between a fully remote classroom to a hybrid classroom. Her lessons are exceptionally
successful because she uses authentic resources, incorporates students’ lives and interests
while maintaining high expectations for each learner. She ensures that students are
actively engaged simultaneously in person and in Google Meets using a variety of
activities and websites. Because of the culture that she creates, students are comfortable
taking risks and asking for help. She reaches out to exceptional students using empathy,
humor, and care.

I highly recommend Sarah Greer, without reservation, as an excellent candidate for any
position for which she is qualified. Along with her commitment to excellence in
education, her caring personality will make her an outstanding teacher. I am positive she
will be an asset to any school community. If you have any questions or concerns, please
feel free to contact me using the information that I have provided below.

Sincerely,
