1. Once you receive your vaccine eligibility notification, click on the Continue to
Scheduling button on the Virtua COVID-19 scheduling homepage.

2. Select an appointment date and time by clicking on one of the available choices:

a. Given the high demand for vaccine appointments, it’s common for people to
simultaneously book the same appointment. If the appointment becomes filled, you
will receive and error notice and will need to select a new date and time. For
security, you will also need to re-enter your social security number. We apologize
for any frustration you might experience.

3. In the reason for visit search box, type Covid Vaccine:

4. You can continue scheduling with a MyChart account or Continue as a Guest.

a. If you do not have a MyChart account, you must continue as a guest. Once you
finish scheduling, you will have the option to sign up for MyChart if you choose.
