Explain how looking into the political, societal, and cultural aspects help us understand

corruption.

 Looking into the other perspective or aspects like in the political, societal, and cultural
helps us to understand corruption because these aspects are interconnected to each other.
By looking in the political aspects, the corruption may start here, like for example when
one of person want to run in the government and he/she buy a vote to other person or to
the voter you will be aware that this type of scenario is a corruption in terms of political
and this may result in a poor society because they are governed by the corrupt politicians.
In addition to that you will identify if the officials in one place are corrupt or not in terms
in their achievement in society and in their cultures.

Do you agree that our justice and accountability system are weak? Why?

 Yes, I agree, well I think Philippines is not the only one who has a poor justice and accountability
system because there is some other country who are poor or in a average level in terms of
economy. And I think the only reason that we have a poor justice system, it is because of money
involve. If you are poor and you disobey the law, you will be punished but if you have money
even if you disobey the law you can freely walk out of your punishment and that is the reality
here in the Philippines.

Why is citizen participation crucial in fighting corruption?

 Well, in one country the most powerful are the citizen itself because they can impeach a President
or any other individual in the government and we need the voice of our citizen, so that the
officials hear the suffering of the citizen, but we need a proper way so that there is no harm or any
problems. Also, the key part to fight the corruption is the education, we need a proper education
in our citizen to eliminate the corrupt.
