Customer Experience Specialist. 

TDCX (PH) Inc. is a Business Process Outsourcing company that requires its employees to work with secure client systems that
need to be accessed from our offices located in Cebu IT Park  (10F HM Tower W Geonzon Street, Cebu IT Park, Lahug, Cebu
City 6000).

Furthermore, the nature of our business requires employees to follow various changing shifts: day shift, mid shift and night shift.
Some of these shifts require our employees to travel to work and/or back home during curfew hours.

For security reasons, we do not issue Company-labelled ID cards. Therefore, this certification is being issued to serve as proof
of employment in light of the COVID-19 community quarantine declared by Malacañang effective March 15. 

The company will not be held liable for the use of this certificate other than what is stated herein, nor for its unlawful use.
Furthermore, this certification is valid from March 13, 2020 until the end of the Community Quarantine only.
