AFFIDAVIT of NO RENTAL

I, Mayflor Villamor, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and resident of 16N Escario
St., Kamputhaw Cebu City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state:

1 That I am the owner of Allpro Consumer Goods Trading;

2 That as a business owner, I conduct business operations at #16N Escario St.,
Kamputhaw Cebu City;
3 That the owner of the property where my business is located is Mrs. Lilia Alviola;
4 That Mrs. Lilia Alviola is my Aunt. As such, she does not require me to pay rent
for the use of her property;
5 That in view of the my Aunt’s generous accommodation, I am not paying any
rental fee for the use of her property for commercial purposes;
6 As such, I execute this Affidavit in truth for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
