A. Graph presentation script

Good day everyone. Today, I want to present something about the total music sales percentage by the
methods. As we can see from the graphics, in the percentage for streaming method has changing from
2011 until 2018. We can see the percentages of downloads method, there is a huge rise from 2011 to
2014, but it’s suddenly starts to drop from 2015 until 2018. On the other hand, Compact Discs or CDs
keeps dropping down since 2011 until 2018 and it was probably caused by how the generation starts to
change and people starts to stream rather than buying CDs.

B. Slide Analysis

1. Problems : Motor cars are the most used models of cars up until now but to fuelhe motor itself
it needs fossil fuels that takes hundreds or maybe thousands of years and it cannot be recycled
and it causes more pollution.

Solution : In these point of time, technology are adapting and getting better. Electric cars are
starting to get more eco-friendly and uses the energy that are easy to be recycled.

2. Problems : The green background of this slide makes the slide ineffective from it’s design-wise.
The contrast that makes it very bright makes the audience or the viewers having hard times on
reading what’s on the slide.

Solution : Use colors that are more neutral for the background such as white or black, because
the color on the writings are already colorful so it needs another color to neutralize that
colorful-ness.

3. Problems : The text layout and spacing makes it hard to be read by the readers. They also
making a bad impression like ‘unprofessional’ for the readers.

Solution : Make the text layout better like having more space in between each other so that it
won’t seem so full and the text readability would be better.

4. Problems : The pictures on the slide are very unorganized and unprofessional. The text
readability is also a little bit bad.

Solution : Organize the pictures to it’s context and it’s placing using layouts. A lot of text that is
look like an italic handwriting text have a bad readability, So I recommend to use serif texts or
sans-serif texts for better readability.
