Objective / abstract absenteeism

The main scope of study is to identify the reasons of employee’s absenteeism. some
of main reasons such as include workplace harassment, family related issues, personal issues and
Illness etc. there are many problems and difficulties that employees face in organization and
workplace so study will highlight the basic problems that employees face during the work

The endeavor of study would also the identify the factors that motivates the
employees to work and minimize the absenteeism. There could be many factors that helps the
employees to motivates them towards work and their responsibility that should be implemented
in the organization. the study aim is to draws the light on these significant factors.

Therefore, the data will be collected by the form of questionnaire in a Flipkart facility
( a short center and packaging warehouse located in D3 Sai Dham, Nashik highway) after
collection the data we will analyze and interpret the data and suggest accordingly.
