1. In what specific ways does globalization affect communication?

Communication with others has never been easier thanks to globalization. Sharing
knowledge will never be a problem, whether you are on the other side of the planet or just
around the corner. It helps to remove cultural barriers and encourage a global village by
having satellites and other ways of transmitting messages installed all over the world. It
doesn't leave anybody behind. There was no stone left unturned.

2. What are the things that people do now which could not be done before globalization?

There are things that people do now that they couldn't do before globalization, such
as competitive employee markets and migration, because of increased international
interdependence, which has contributed to increased size of cross-border trade, increased
capital transfer, and quick spread technology.

3. Are the effects of globalization on communication positive or negative? Support your

answers with concrete examples.

Globalization has turned into a two-edged sword. Though it has many advantages, it
also has several disadvantages that must be considered. For example, while global trade
and economic activity have increased, some businesses, governments, and individuals have
benefited more than others, resulting in an unequal distribution of wealth. In addition to
enabling cultural exchange, the growing exchange of culture had some unfavorable
consequences. Languages, rituals, and customs are all vanishing. Almost every aspect of
culture is influenced.
