This has reference to our above advertisement notifying

various posts/vacancies of Scientific and Non-scientific stream along-
with its detailed terms and conditions as well as application format.
It is notify for the information of all concerned that the conditions
governing the age relaxation stands amended/modified and
substituted as under :-

“The relaxation in upper age limit is applicable to the candidates

belonging Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribes (ST)/ Other
Backward Caste (Non-creamy layers)/Persons with Disabilities
(PWD) and Ex-servicemen under direct recruitment mode will
be as per norms notified by the Government. However, upper age
limit will not be applicable on the Internal candidates and can be
relaxed in deserving cases on the recommendations of the
Screening / Scrutiny Committee followed by the approval of
Competent Authority in respect of the candidates working with
the Autonomous Bodies / PSUs of Department of Chemicals &
Petrochemicals”

However, other terms and conditions in respect of notification

shall remain un-changed.
