Dear Ma’am Songsong,

May I request to please allow me to enroll ECE143 simultaneously with ECE142? I am doing this request
because I would like to maximize the course load for this term. This request is well-taught off through to
enable me to graduate on the 2nd term in the upcoming school year 2020-2021 according to my study
plan attached to this request.

I am aware that ECE142 is a prerequisite of ECE143. With this, I am also aware of the following
conditions:
If I incur a grade of “5.0” or “FAILED” in ECE142, the ECE143 gets “NO CREDIT” and
automatically results to being “NOT TAKEN” in my curriculum;
If I incur a grade of “INC” or “C” in ECE142, ECE142 should be completed until the end of first
week of classes of the following term in order to get the credit for ECE143
Beyond this, ECE142 will follow the policy on the completion of “INC” or “C”, while
ECE143 gets “NO CREDIT” and automatically results to being “NOT TAKEN” in my curriculum;
If I incur a grade of NR (No report) in ECE142, the final grade in ECE142 must be reported in
order to get the credit for ECE143.
