To Shift a note -- Option Up or Down Arrow

To Turn Off Flow Headings - Layout options / Page Setup / Show Flow Headings / Never

To Remove Multibar Rests - Layout options / Players / Consolidate / None

To Add Title - File / Project Info / Title

Note Entry - Select Bar and hit Enter

Pickup - Turn On Insert mode (press I), select Meter, then Shift M and enter the meter, a comma,
and the amount of the pickup - (eg., 1.5 for a dotted quarter) -- then turn off insert mode
