Alkaline Diet – Organ Cleansing Herbs

Along with following the above Alkaline Diet – Nutritional Guide, I also took the
following herbs to clean and revitalize my organs during my initial 3 months herbal
cleansing.

I used these herbs from Dr. Sebi’s extensive list of herbs.

Burdock Root – blood and liver cleanser, diuretic,

Estro 1 —

Nourishes the female endocrine reproductive system to aid in hormonal balance. Also

Dr. Sebi has changed the ingredients and label of the Estro 1 package. The
ingredients listed on the bottles are not always all of the ingredients in the
actual package. I am listing the current product and also the olde product because
the ingredients listed are so different. Also some of the ingredients are the same
but different names are used to identify the ingredients.
