Dear Ms.
today I write that this letter to complain about the mishandling of
customer service.

I bought a cell phone online that I liked for its characteristics and for
their opinions that they gave about it

After canceling it, they told me that they would arrive in 2 business
days so I waited for that time, then they started calling me that it was
delayed, it lasted a little longer and the business began there, nothing
that came, I went to the point and they did not give me an answer, after
that They saw me upset, and they have not given me an answer
