Dear Sir,

Gateways Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), will hold its annual search for the Mr. and Ms. GIST
2007 on October 26, 2007, at the Pasig City Convention Center in commemoration of our 14 th Foundation
day. This is a competition of personality, beauty, talent and intelligence.

The QUEST Organization, the highest governing body of GIST is in charge of this event. The objective of
this project is to expose the talent, confidence, intelligence and skills of the students as much as to
promote the capabilities of the youth. The organization is the social and charitable arm of the school. It
reaches out to talented people and financially constraint but academically exceptional students of the
communities through the school’s scholarship program and other NGO’s like Don Joaquin Scholarship
Foundation.

Since this is a non–profitable organization, we will need funds to sustain our expenses for the production
numbers, tickets, promo, awards/prizes and other related activities for the success of this project.

With this, may we request your good office to be our drinks sponsor and to be one of our judges.

In return, we will allow you to display your advertising/promo materials (brochures, posters, streamers) in
our campus and/or during the pageant at Pasig City Convention Center and play your video or multimedia
presentations (if you have) in our video screen. We could create a video of your products being endorsed
by the candidates. We will provide a web page for your company or link your site on our official website
wherein approximately 2000 visitors are expected to vote for the candidates. Your page will remain active
for one year until the next revision for 2008 pageant.
