Subject: Request for No Objection Certificate to Sale the Unit No. 406 in Building R022 (Farah
Tower 2) in Queue Point Project located at Dubailand, Dubai, U.A.E. (the “Property”)

I/We, the undersigned Atheer Development Limited an Offshore Registered Company, holding a
registration Company no. 108981, duly represented by Fadi Mansour Ahmed Alabdullah, a Jordanian
national, holding passport no. O105298 (the “Transferor”), declare and confirm that I/we would like to sell
the aforementioned Property and its Title Deed to Sarita Bijlwan Ramesh, an Indian national, holding
passport no. S5756632 and Sunil Chandra Bijlwan, an Indian national, holding passport no. P0357720,
(the “Transferee”).

I/We therefore kindly request you to issue a NOC to sell the above-mentioned Property to the Transferee and
to withdraw all my/our rights, including the Property title and relevant documents and its associated legalities
to the Transferee.

Enclosed herewith is the passport copy of the Transferor and Transferee and their representative (if any).

So hereby I/we declare that I/We are responsible for payment of the Transfer Administration fee to the
Developer. Moreover, I/We waive all my/our rights towards the property and any related agreement thereto
and release Al Mazaya Real Estate FZ LLC any responsibilities and regarding transfer of property and that
I/we are no longer subject to or bound for any rights, claims, obligations and/or responsibilities for the
Property and henceforth, all subsequent transactions, including but not limited to the settlement of the
remaining installments or any payment as per the Sale and Purchase Agreement shall be dealt with by the
Transferee directly with Al Mazaya Real Estate FZ LLC.
