I believe the most important preamble is to establish justice. Establishing justice is

important in the United states because there will always be problems/disputes that will need to
be resolved. Our justice system must be fair to all people, disputes must be settled properly.
People are being accused of crimes that they have not committed; they were wrongly accused.
The United States will not achieve “The Preamble to the United States Constitution” if they keep
sending innocent people to jail/prison. I believe that all the preamble connects to establish
justice.
Imagine if your uncle was accused of robbing a store with no proof and was sent to
prison, but you know that he didn’t commit that crime that he is being accused of. This happens
regularly, I feel like it’s unfair of people being accused of something that can’t be proven with no
proof. A teacher once told me that there alot of people in prison that have not been proven guilty
but they've been forgotten and will most likely do life in prison. When in court there should be
equal treatment for all races.
Our government has done a good job by providing lawyers to the defendant. All trials are
taken to court and the judge will determine if you're guilty or innocent. It’s important all judges
are not biased. For example a judge may give more time to someone who is a different race. In
Conclusion, I believe Establish Justice is the most important preamble because too many
people have been accused of a crime that they never commited.
