CRENLO TEAM April 8th, 2021

We are pleased to announce Crenlo and UAW Local No. 2125 agreed in March to continue cab manufacturing operations
in Rochester, MN. This will help ensure Crenlo’s global competitiveness. The Minnesota Investment Fund, in cooperation
with the Minnesota Employment and Economic Development Authority, Rochester Area Economic Development (RAEDI),
and Rochester Public Utilities (RPU), also supported the agreement. Specific terms of the agreement between Crenlo and
the UAW are not being disclosed. No Federal mediation was required.
As CEO of Crenlo, I am thrilled. Collaboration with the UAW and Minnesota authorities resulted in a good economic formula
to keep Crenlo in Rochester and maintain our globally competitive position. Everyone worked hard to develop a successful
way to ensure Crenlo’s manufacturing operations did not leave the area. The Crenlo team will see investments and
upgrades in our Rochester facilities as we focus on optimizing performance and continuing to be an employer of choice in
the community. My sincere appreciation to the UAW and Troy Arnold for the constructive personal relationship we
developed to arrive at this agreement.
As President of UAW Local No. 2125, I am more than pleased we collectively built a formula to secure the future of Crenlo’s
Rochester operations. Crenlo has demonstrated a lot of goodwill, cooperation, and courtesy towards our membership. The
membership of UAW Local No. 2125 is committed to doing our part to ensure Crenlo’s Rochester manufacturing operations
lead the industry globally in quality, delivery, and efficiency.
We hope this information clarifies the solid future of Crenlo in Rochester as, together with the UAW, our attention returns to
hiring for open positions and serving customers with the quality products and responsive service they deserve and have
come to respect. We are the people who help make the machines that build, power, and feed America. Like the rest of the
country, we are fighting our way through the COVID-19 pandemic. Sincere thanks to our team members for all your efforts
to keep Crenlo and our customers running.

Sincerely,

Matthew Karmel Troy Arnold
