AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, CHARLES JESUS S. ARCEO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Lot 2A

Gregoria de Jesus Street, Tierra Verde I, Quezon City, with the assistance of my
mother and legal guardian WILMA S. ARCEO, after having being sworn in
accordance with law do hereby depose and state:

1. I am the private complainant in the criminal case for Violation of 10 (a) of

the Republic Act 7610 entitled “People of the Philippines vs. Mansoor Adi“,
docketed as Criminal case No. 8541-2018, pending before branch 11 of the Family
Court of Tarlac City.

2. I acknowledge the financial assistance given by Mr. Mansoor Adi for the
medical expenses incurred in the treatment of my injuries caused by the accused
himself. After serious thought and consideration, I realize, admit and accept that it
was just an accident and there was no intent from him to cause me harm in this
subject case. Consequently, I decided to desist from the further prosecution of the
Case and hereby relieve him of any and all responsibility in connection with the
subject matter thereof.

3. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts.
