I am Anand Sundaresan one of the Designated Partners of IKIN IT SOLUTIONS LLP. I received your notices
recently. I would like to inform you that the operations of our LLP wound up the same year it started.

It was something we planned in our young age days with a lot of hope but it did not take off. We were not
making neither any money nor any business and also we had lot of pressure from family to shut down and get a
job. 

A great blunder we made was not closing it down properly. We were ill advised and failed to complete the
closing formalities and we all moved in different directions to different cities in search of employment. 

I would like to state that we as individuals and the firm (  IKIN IT SOLUTIONS LLP ) have not received any
money from the public and do not owe anybody anything. 

I humbly request you to please consider us as a special case and kindly cancel the notice and the fines and
allow us to shut down the firm amicably.
