If a customer asks for a discount then we have to serve it by giving a discount but before
that we have to implement a strategy, so that we still benefit. The strategy is, we must take
the right steps so as not to suffer losses. The best way is to increase product prices for these
customers. So that customers make purchases at the latest prices, if indeed customers ask
for discounts. So that we can cover it with these new higher prices. And we can also provide
satisfying services for customers if they get a discount.
I will accept the customer's complaints well, and I will listen to all customer complaints
regarding my attitude which may be inadequate in providing service. After knowing the
essence of the complaint I apologize and I sugest the right solution to resolve the issue
14. What will you say if a customer asks why your prices are higher than online
stores ?
We explain in detail that the products we sell are of good quality compared to online stores
because customers can see the quality of their products, compared to online shops whose
quality is unknown. Besides, we also advise customers to buy in offline stores only, even
though the price is expensive but customers can know the quality of the item and will not
be fooled compared to buying it in an online store.
15. What would you do if a customer left their credit card in the store ?
I contacted the customer who owned the credit card and gave the credit card back. In
addition, I also advise him to always be careful and thorough in doing something.
