PAPER PRESENTATION-16 Meetings

SOP CONSULTATION 1 ON INTRODUCTION – RESEARCH METHOD

(15%)

1. The first consultation session is allocated for consulting the topic,

introduction, methodology, and data gathering instruments via online
platforms (Zoom, Ms.Teams, etc).
2. Each student must still complete the activities in Meeting 6-7 including the
assignment on Introduction-Research Methods draft.
3. The teacher determines the scheduled session at least a week before the
first session of consultation starts.
4. The session consists of three meetings with 10 minutes of consultation for
each student (approximately 7-10 students for each meeting).
5. Students do not need to attend all sessions; they only need to come at their
scheduled time. If a student fails to attend the scheduled consultation time,
the student is considered to be absent for all consultation sessions (3
meetings). If they are present at the scheduled time, they are considered
attending 3 meetings.

NOTE: The meeting considered as “Synchronous” is only Meeting 7. Meeting 6 and 7 will be
considered as “Asynchronous” because each student will only have one synchronous
meeting for Consultation 1.
