If I am an entrepreneur, what can I do (inside and/or outside business operation) to contribute to

the realization of some (if not all) of the UN SDGs?

If I am an entrepreneur, I will buy my raw materials from different small-time

businesses or local communities to help their businesses grow. After I have my materials,
I will prioritize hiring mothers and students who are willing to learn different skills. I
notice how the qualification is hard to meet for the student and mothers who want to
provide for their families. Implementing a flexible schedule with their job can easily
manage their time by being a mother and being a quality student. Having them vaccinated
will be mandatory to protect not only them but also their family. Ensuring my employees
are insured in case of calamity will help them be fully secured for their future. Accepting
some of their family members as my scholar will help the business to prepare young ones
for their dream job. To prevent the employees' struggle in going to the workplace, simply
providing a service will help them get to work on time and promote carpool to lessens the
use of fuel.

The business office will use solar power energy to save more funds and expand
the business through different benefits from its infrastructure, packaging, and foundation.
Implementing an automated management system will help to control the temperature,
lighting, and emergency response. This technology will surely help the business have an
innovative approach but friendly with the usage of electricity. Adapting eco-friendly
packaging in our products will help the environment, knowing our land and marine
animals will never hurt. Lastly, building a foundation is one of the heartwarming actions
of every business. As the pandemic hits, many students are affected, which contributes
not to continue their studies. It gives me hope to build a foundation that will help those
students continue their dreams of becoming the company's scholar.
