I, Sarah May O. Acabado, a student of MA in Mathematics Education would like to request

from your good office to allow me to enrol in Thesis Writing Residency this Summer 2019.

I deeply apologize if I was not able to enrol during the enrolment period. I know that it is
my negligence that I did not follow the enrolment schedule. Honestly, I was having double
thoughts on enrolling last week because I am not yet done with my Chapter 4 and 5.
However, my thesis adviser, Prof.Ruby Briones encouraged me to have my Pre-oral and
Final defense this Summer 2019.

I hope that you will honor my request so I can still enrol this Summer 2019. Thank you so
