SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LYMWELL JOHN C. BENDIJO of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of
Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
JERRAH MARIE C. ALBA, of legal age, Filipino, married to Rusco Alba and a resident
of Dumaguete City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in
my name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or
any of the following acts and things, namely:
1. To SETTLE extrajudicially our co-owned lot, Lot No. 2102, located at
Motong, Dumaguete City, Philippines and covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. 14222 which we inherited from Felologo Catan;
2. To SETTLE extrajudicially our co-owned lot, Lot No. 1901-C, located at
Pulantubig, Dumaguete City, Philippines and covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 14299 which we inherited from Felologo Catan;
3. To WAIVE all my rights, interests and participations over the above-
mentioned 2102;
4. To SIGN, EXECUTE or DELIVER any document or instrument which
might be requisite or necessary to carry out the powers herein granted.
GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority whatsoever
requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of
substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney-in-fact or her/his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
these presents.
