Hypotasso (or hupotassó) can also be translated as 1.) to obey and 2.) to submit self unto,
among others.
a.) Let every person obey the governing authorities.
b.) Let every person submit himself to governing authorities.

Warrants: for there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been established
by God. (Romans 13:1)
Sanctions: whoever resists authority opposes what God has appointed, and those who oppose
it will bring judgment upon themselves. (Romans 13:2)
