Definition:
- type of learning described by delivery and the use of instructional content that involves sound
(auditory stimuli) and sight (visual stimuli)
- examples of audiovisual materials include
o slide-tape presentations
o films, television programs
o corporate conferencing
o church services
o live theater productions
- around 65% of the population comprises visual learners
Purpose:
Advantages Disadvantages
1. gets attention of participants 1. easier to lose focus
