 Forecasted out product revenues from launch to patent expiration for portfolios of 15 specialty pharmaceutical companies to
develop their target price
 Designed multiple weekly, monthly and annual prescription based models and epidemiology models to forecast out revenues
in base and skew scenarios for all 58 pharmaceutical products
 Calculated an indication based asset valuation for each of the products in anticipation of a take-out scenario, successfully
anticipated the $1.1 billion acquisition of a pharmaceutical company's atopic dermatitis product
 Analyzed all 15 Specialty Pharma companies’ financial health, strategic roadmap, implementation, future cash burn, R&D
expenditure, loan repayment based on Libor rate
 Was assigned as the lead analyst for a pharmaceutical in which Deerfield has a $180mm position, successfully identified a
short opportunity on a pharmaceutical in anticipation of a cash raise of $36mm with 20%-25% stock dilution
 Consulted with physicians and doctors to better analyze the patient & drug profile, to better assess pricing and gross to net
opportunity given existing market competition and demand
 Strategized investment options and debt financing for various skew scenarios with the investment team to catalyze short and
long positions
 Analyzed five-year historical financial data to quantify $80mm in excessive R&D burn, each year, for an ophthalmic pharma
company and met with the CFO to better assess the future pipeline expenditure.
