Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Sultan Anggay M. Abdullah, incumbent Treasurer of the

Islamic City of Marawi, Lanao del Sur. Attached herewith is the proof of my identity as treasurer
of Marawi City.

I am writing this letter to explain why I wasn’t able to go there and received the 2020 allowance
of the our Barangay Chairmen including our kagawad of the 96 Baranggays of Marawi City
during the 1st Strand Release of 2020 as it is difficult for us/me to travel for health security due
to the growing cases of COVID 19 in our community and implementation of Enhance
Community Quarantine both in Manila and in Marawi City.

In line, may I appeal to your good office to claim and receive on behalf by depositing thru my
LANDBANK ACCOUNT as attached in this letter.
