quality producte by using such standards and follow
procedures promptly to accomplish such task before the
given deadline.
 COMMITMENT TO THE WORK CONTRACT
- work over time and religiously, focus to the work without
minding the time and aiming for high quality outputs. 
 OPPURTUNITY SEEKING
- always grab the opportunity even if without being told to
do so as long as it could improve the quality ooutput, and
open and willing to embrace the new avenue for the
