It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Melanie Paderas. 
She has been an instructional aide in my classroom for the past 3 years. She is reliable,
punctual and always has a very positive attitude.
 Mrs. Paderas is able to follow my lesson plan and follow all instructions given.  She is
familiar with most of our CELL components and is learning to implement them
successfully.  She successfully demonstrates her awareness of different learning styles
and is  able to adjust assignments to meet the needs of all students. She has the ability
to monitor and adjust to the various schedule changes throughout the day. She is open
to suggestions given to her throughout the day.  She comes in with new ideas or
techniques to incorporate into the lessons as well. 
In addition to her proficiency at effectively managing a classroom, Melanie is also well-
liked by the students. She displays great enthusiasm towards the education of the
students and has great rapport with them. She is always ready to start the day with a
smile and a kind word.  
I would highly recommend MelaniePaderas for any position she may be seeking. I am
confident that Mrs. Paderas will be an asset to any district and to any classroom.
