A. SCOPE OF WORK

1. To Conduct inspection of actual site condition.

2. To Trace and Tag existing Substation System
3. To Provide As-built plan
4. To Provide New Substation Design duly signed and Sealed

B. CONTRACT PRICE

The total contract price is

ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY, (Php. 120,000.00)

C. CONTRACT SCHEDULE

As-built Plans will be ready 3days after actual plotting of data at site

D. TERMS OF PAYMENT

50% Down Payment

50% Full Payment upon submission of plans

E. OTHER CONDITIONS

1. Plotting and Blueprint not included on this Proposal.

2. Installation and implementation not included on this proposal
3. All Coordination shall be via Principal Architect.
