RE: Offer of payment for repairs on the damaged car

Dear Mr. Gerald Y. Ybanez:

This is a formal letter of agreement for payment for the damage I caused to your car on
5th March 2021.

I​ agree to pay P _________________________ (PESOS) in cash on or before the date

of ______________________. This cash payment is for the damages that I caused
when my KIA car with plate number _________________ accidentally crashed the back
part of your HONDA car with plate number _________________. Once this payment is
made, you agree that I do not owe you any more money.

When you sign this letter, you agree to release me from all present and future claims.
Once we have both signed this letter, the agreement is final.
