13. An electrical charge is applied to a gas which turns into plasma (the fourth state of
matter). The gas then turned into UV light which can’t be seen. However, when it’s
excited by phosphors which will make the light visible.
14. Liquid crystal is put and squashed between the two polarizing panels within the display
screen. There’s a backlight that illuminates the crystal to display the colours.
15. The user will input the data into software applications which then send the output to the
printer’s software driver which then translates the data into a form. The printer will then
process it and start to print the form. The fuser unit melts the toners to fill it onto the
paper fibre under pressure. Then when the paper is done printing, it gets output.
