Return rules:

1) Complaints of any kind (so also concerning shipments and products) have to be placed
within 10 working days after receipt of the invoice. Article 12.1. of General Conditions.
Transportation damage has to be reported to us within one day after receipt of the delivery.

2) Always apply for a RMA form! By Phone, Fax or E-mail (our personal favourite.) The
RMA form will be faxed or E-mailed to you. Return stickers will be delivered by post. No
RMA form, no processing of the return order. Products delivered to you in an over box (to
protect the Full-colour box) have to be returned in an over box, with the RMA number clearly
visible on the outside of the over box.
3) Always add a copy of the invoice or packing list on which the returned product is
mentioned, to your return shipment.
4) Products defect within 1 month after purchase date, can be exchanged. After one month the
standard procedure will be that the defective product will be repaired. All of the above after
evaluation by Highlite International BV. Within one year after purchase all costs for repair
and transport for the repair are for Highlite International BV. The repair is subject to article 10
of our General Conditions.
5) If the client has ordered a wrong item, than is returning only possible after approval by
Highlite International B.V. Costs made for the returning of the wrong ordered item, will be
for the client. Rule number 1 & 2 have to be followed also of course.
6) When the client organizes his own transportation, he also takes full responsibility of the
consequences if the transport fails. Highlite International B.V. is in no way responsible in this
case if the shipment is damaged or lost.
7) Backorders have to be cancelled in writing. If there is no written proof of the cancellation
of the backorder, the client has to take the order.
Should there after approval by Highlite International B.V. be agreed that the cancelled
backorder may be returned, than the client will be charged with the return costs.
8) If a shipment is refused (i.e. Nobody home, no COD amount present) the costs will be
charged to the client.
9) Should after receipt of the returned product by Highlite International BV turn out that the
product is not originally packed or damaged, than a percentage will be taken of the credit
note.
10) There is no guarantee on light bulbs.
