Faith rises to the occassion when it comes to taking on the daunting task of differentiation of lessons to meet the needs of all
students. She has a great perspective when viewing the lessons and she proceeds with confidence even making necessary
adjustments to lesson as needed during instruction. This is a very hard skill to mastery effectively and Faith has done this extremely
well.

Faith has developed a great rapport with the class and she continues to command their attention. She has a mutual respect for the
students and they listen to her well. When she redirects students she does a great job of helping to redirect the attention and/or
behavior and then move on with out lingering on the negative so that the student will feel supported rather than shut down. This is also
a hard skill to master and she has done so with grace.
