No interest shall be payable to contractors on the amount of security deposit. 10. Income Tax, Labour cess shall be deducted at the source as per prevailing rules and rat IL. All statutory rules and regulations such as EPF regulations, Labour Rules and Regulations, wages regulations etc. shall be followed by the contractor. The contractor will be fully responsible for any kind of penalty levied by Central/ State Govt. or any other agency for not following the statutory rules and regulation. 12. The quotation should accompany PAN Proof, GST Registration proof and a valid registration of the firm with Pb. PWD, MES, PSPCL, and PSTCL etc. 13.
