INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1. Take a print out of this page and use A4 size papers as additional sheets keeping
sufficient margin on the left side.
2. Write in your own handwriting on the single side of each page using blue/black pen.
3. Additional pages should be numbered as a continuous sequence.
4. Answer sheets including this page must be scanned as a single file in pdf.
5. Send the scanned copy of the answer script at the designated email id. While sending
your answer script as an email attachment, mention your full name, paper code, Roll &
No in the subject line.
6. Preserve the main copy of your answer script.
7. Write your Roll & No. on the right top of each page.

I do hereby declare that,

1. I have appeared in the examination from my own home/place within the allotted time as
per the examination schedule.
2. I have not taken help from any external source while answering the questions during the
allotted time of examination.
3. The additional time allotted immediately after the examination has been used by me for
scanning, attaching and sending the answer script by electronic mail.
4. I will be treated as absent in the examination if I fail to send the answer script at the
specified email ID within the allotted time as mentioned in the examination schedule.
