1. What’s the most important thing you learned today? Why do you think so?

This talks about how the organizational structure work in a certain firm. It
studies how the number and location of customers might influence
whether a firm adopts a centralized or decentralized logistics organization.
It talks also of the productivity and excess capacity if there is unused
available space can be unproductive because it may result in the
purchase of additional equipment or facilities—a situation that adds to
costs (input) but not necessarily to output, thus resulting in lower
productivity. By this it will determine how sustainability the business is.

REFLECTION

1. What topic do you find difficult to understand?

There are some topic that is hard to understand, like pilferage, since this is
one of the issue of many companies that the client are able to cheat or do
something bad that cause the business down.
