Testing is scheduled for fate April 2021 and early May 2021 ‘The following safety measures will be in place: ‘© School stafrand students will follow the Department of Health guidelines and remain home if they are displaying any COVID-19 sympioms, ‘© Test sessions willbe staggered (..,iming and location) to allow for social distancing. ‘© Students will ave a designated break area outside for afew students/staT at atime, to stand atleast six feet apart to drink water and take ‘mask breaks ‘© Students who are flly distance learning will not be allowed on campus more than 30 minutes before ther test, and must feave mediately aller testing, ‘© Students who arive after the scheduled start time will not be allowed on campus. ‘© Allsurfaces that may have been touched by another class or student prior to testing—such as tables, chairs, door handles, ete —ill be sanitized ‘Students must wear masks and remain sis feet part from each other. ‘Students will beat their own table or desk ‘The test administrator will wear a mask andlor face shield The test administrator will frequently wash hands with soap and w individvas, and after breaks, {© The test administrator oF proctor will use pencils or pointers for pointing. if required. Sanitizer wil be provided to students at the testing sie © Bathrooms and floors wil be cleaned each day ler or use of hand sanitizer upon atrival, between interactions with ‘The Smarter Balanced computer adaptive tests (CATS) for English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics are completed by most students in a 45.60 minute test session, The ELA assessment has an additional component, the Performance Task (PT), which will take approximately 60.94 minutes, Swudents who are 1008 distance earners will be contacted to schedule a testing day IC your child isnot feeling well or displays any cold oF Mu-ike symptoms on the Scheduled date of testing, your cid will not be allowed on campus.
