I declare that Mr. Du Shipeng, Embraer ID number: 66103-4 participated in the training of Roller
Burnishing Tool that happened in F-107 hangar on June 10, 2013.
The training consisted in a theoric and pratical part, where Mr. Du watched the lecture from Mr.
Valdir dos Santos ID number 15409-6 about the procedure to use the roller burnishing and after it
they went to the OJT to practice what he learned.
The employee made a good use of the knowledge passed in this course, so he is able and
qualified to exercise any job that will be necessary to use the burnish tool in HEAI.
I also affirm that same Mr. Du Shipeng can be multiplier training of this technology.
