Title: you may rephrase

Aim/Objective: use appropriate verb(s)
Introduction: about 150words
Material and Methods: As per the lab handout

How did you contribute during lab activity and what did you learn in this lab? (about 100
words or more). Attach the hand written paper that was signed by lecturer during lab
session. You may modify by writing additional information even after lab supervisor’s
signature.

Results:
Results in the form of own ECG record in proper order/sequence; label all graphs. BP and
HR observation tables

Discussion of results-
It should include the observation trend (heart rate, cardiac cycle duration, BP, HR, MAP)
normal and compare with exercise).
Give physiological reasoning.
Make use of the table values and graphs (such as Table-2 or Fig-1) for discussion of
results.
Also answer all questions asked in lab handout.

Include two research observations that are relevant to that lab. For this, search literature
from year 2015 onwards (but not before 2005 work), use the abstracting services like
Biological Abstracts or physiological/pharmacological journals or web resources like
www.google.com; http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ and other.
Do not write whole abstract. Read the abstract or article (if full text is available) and
write about 1-3 sentences which are relevant to your results. After rewriting, read it for its
flow and relevance. Do not cite blog information like WIKI but use real experimental
work on any animal’s heart. Follow previous labs (see examples from lab-2 & lab-3 lab
writing guidelines)

Conclusion: Write here ‘what did you learn from this lab’? (about 3-5 sentences)

References: arrange all cited references in alphabetical order.
