generated,cultivated, and molded withing the global centers of powers which are global
economic powers as well.
 Emerging economic powers outside of the west,say japan china and korea eventually joined the
fray,creating their own global niche and strong expression.

are the so called global south of which the Philippines and most of southeast Asian countries are
