To deal with the various problems above and at the same time anticipating the possibilities
that will happen to us, of course we cannot fight alone (individually), too weak and easily
defeated. Therefore, we must fight collectively and unite in one forum, namely the Workers
Union. Thus the real power of workers will be realized. In addition, it can increase our
knowledge and understanding of various labor issues, and build care and solidarity with our
fellow workers so that they feel the same fate in facing every problem.
