Scoring : To identify your maagement/leadership type, complete the Scoring Sheet by placing a check mark in the (a) oF (b) coh for each of the 36 questions, then total the mumber of (x) or (b) answers in each column. (There are four colurans with nine questions each). For example. if you checked six are as and three b's in Colum |, then your preference and orientation favors Extraversion (E) rather than Introversion (1), Do the same for the other three columns to dlelermine whether your preferences and orientations favor Sensing (S) or iNtuition (N) Thinking (1) or Feeling (F), Judging (5) or Perception (P). Now circle the letter from cach pair to determine the four-letter combination that describes your management/eadership type. Once you have done this, you can identify your type on the Management/Leadership Type Table, For example, if you identified your four-letter combination of preferences and oricatation as ISTJ, then you would describe your nianagementeadership type 28 “Responsible Manager : Does Things Right”. A profile of each of the sixteen types follows the Management/Leadership Type Table. As you read the profile of your mausgementleadership type, make sure it feels confortable with the profile, you may want to review your self assessment questionnaire and scoring shect in an effort to determine the source of your discomfort, Remember to become an effective orchestraior of management and leadership, you must firsts understand your own ‘nanagemenviendership strengths and weakness, so continve type that most accurately describe your true preferences and orientations.
