Activity 4. What are the different elements of a curriculum? How does each element contribute
in creating a curriculum?

The different elements of curriculum are curriculum intent, contents, learning experience and
evaluation. These four elements are significantly interconnected to each other to produce a high
intend curriculum. It starts with curriculum intent. A first plot of vision planning as foundation of
good curriculum. Seek to determine directions of particular curriculum such; aim, goal, and
objectives. Aim goes with the educational expectations, goal is a holistic intent among specific
skills, values and concepts that curriculum should obtain. And objectives are specific learning
outcomes students supposed to achieve. Next is the content, where learning subjects may
include, such skills, values, and concepts. This vital elements served as fund of core intellectual
allotment among students. The processing and implementation of this intellectual activities are
written in learning experience. It includes all strategies that used to perform in four corner of
schools. The measurement of specific domain falls with the evaluation element. It is the
alignment of all assessment, test and quizzes that will examine learning outcomes. It also utilize
feedback about the effectiveness of curriculum. Indeed, each of elements played essential role
in developing good curriculum
