Myself Aftab Ahmed Gambhir from Sindh Pakistan.

I am expected to completed my undergraduate

degree program in BBA (4-year HONS) in the month December 2020 but unfortunately due to COVID 19
it is now expected to graduate in the month of march 2021 from the Institute of Business Administration
at a university named Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur Sindh Pakistan with the successful CGPA. I
was very active and punctual during the academic session. I tried my full efforts for getting them as
much knowledge from the degree I learned a lot as regarding my degree. I have done specialization in
the HRM (Human Resource Management) and study major courses according to my specialization. I
learned the management subjects and understood a lot how to manage the people and organization as
well. I was ever ready to adopt new knowledge and new ideas. I did all my subjects in the English
language during my degree and I have good skills in reading, writing, and communicating in the English
language. I do not feel any kind of confusion or hesitation during communication in the English
language. I was recognized as the top 10 students in the list of 120 students. I was also active in the
university programs and gave my efforts and participated in those programs. I did my matriculation
school in the year 2014 with the maintenance of good markings. I was also active during my school
education as I was a Class representative (CR) during my matriculation and managed the overall
activities of my class in the school. I was a topper student at my school. I completed my Intermediate in
the year 2016 with good grades. I did the internship program at the Pakistan telecommunication limited
(PTCL) where I got so much knowledge working under my senior staff members, I learned how to recruit
the employees and how to conduct their interviews and much more knowledge of the HR department. I
also work as a social worker during my academic session. I participate in a program as a volunteer
organized by reading Pakistan which is a welfare organization and got the appreciation certificate, I also
attended the International leadership summit conference online and got a participation certificate. As I
have completed my 6 months short Certificate in information technology (CIT) computer course I have a
good grip on computer software-based skills like MS Office work windows and software installations.
